We don't use a contact form. David would rather hear from you directly, ask a few questions about the pressure you're seeing, and figure out together whether an on-site evaluation makes sense for your home and your situation.

Most calls last five to ten minutes. From there, if an evaluation is the right next step, we schedule one, usually within two to three business days. Same-day calls are answered when we're in the field, but voicemail is the fastest way to get a callback if you reach it.

How a call usually goes

  1. You tell us what you're seeing. Where you noticed it, when it started, what it looks like.
  2. We ask a few questions. About the home, the property, and what's been done before, if anything.
  3. We figure out the right next step together. Sometimes that's an on-site evaluation. Sometimes it's a simple recommendation you can act on yourself.
  4. If we schedule a visit, you'll know what it covers and what it doesn't before we ever pull into your driveway.
